Christmas Number One

We were briefly back at the top of the league last week, but with Ampthill winning their game in hand whilst we were playing the cup game, and Sundon also winning, we are in third place at the end of 2007 - approximately the halfway mark of the whole season.

However, we have played 2 games less than Sundon and provided we beat Ampthill at home, we have the matter in our own hands.

From the table, we can see that there is beginning to be a slight breakaway by a group of 5 teams at the top. At the bottom, there are really 4 teams battling it out for the two relegation spots.
